The 2009 Menu of Moyle Competition
An important part of the Menu of Moyle initiative is the district-wide ‘Menu of Moyle Competition’ which will runs from Easter to September 2009. Local establishments and participating chefs are encouraged to create their own authentic ‘Menu of Moyle’ (at least 60% of which uses local produce) and offer dishes that represent the essence of the Moyle area, its produce and its traditions. When customers dine in a participating ‘Menu of Moyle’ restaurant, hotel, coffee shop, brasserie or pub, they can expect a truly enjoyable, local dining experience.
