This directory has been compiled primarily to assist our competing Chefs with the sourcing of local produce. Included are bakers, confectioners, meat and seafood producers, vegetable and herb growers, as well as beverage and egg producers. Although we have worked hard to find as many producers in the Moyle area as possible, the information outlines only those we were able to source and those who agreed to take part. If you know of any additional producers from Moyle who may be interested in taking part in ‘Menu of Moyle’ please let us know – we would love to hear from you!

If you are a local producer, based in the Moyle District Council area and your details haven’t been included in the ‘Menu of Moyle’ Local Produce Directory, we would like to hear from you! We are interested in working with anyone who can offer fresh, home grown or home-made products, for marketing to the restaurant and retail trades.

By taking part in the ‘Menu of Moyle’ initiative, you will be included the regularly updated Local Produce Directory (which will be distributed to all competing establishments) and your details displayed on the ‘Menu of Moyle’ website . You will also benefit from ongoing marketing and publicity about the ‘Menu of Moyle’ initiative, our producers and our competitors. Most importantly,
