Celebrity TV Chef and ambassador for good food Jenny Bristow was the face of Menu of Moyle in 2007 & 2008.
Jenny is one of Ireland's most celebrated TV cooks and cookery writers. Her cookery programmes have travelled the world and she is the successful author of 12 cookery books. Her unique appeal lies in that she can create new ideas and twists using affordable ingredients that are readily available locally.
Upon deciding to endorse Menu of Moyle Jenny, who has well known passion for supporting local produce and businesses said:
