NITB Masterclass:Eat NI

28 October 2009

Food and wine are vital components of the tourism experience and are increasingly being cited as prime travle motivations in their own right.

Northern Ireland's food experience is relatively undefined, yet it has an incredibly wide ranging food sector - from local produce and farmers markets to hotels, fine-dining, restaurants, cafes, delis and bakeries. This Masterclass will help you benefit from the untapped potential which food offers Northern Ireland tourism and the local economy.

This is most certainly an opportunity not to be missed...
